I don't believe that any leader wakes up in the morning and strives to be mediocre. I believe all leaders want to be GREAT! They want to have great influence, they want to make their companies great, they want to have a great impact, and they want to leave a great legacy! However, at some point every leader hits barriers that can bring their influence and impact to a screeching halt. The difference between leaders that continue to grow and ones that stall out, are determined by how they navigate those barriers.
